Order placed at 18.15, was due to arrive 19.15, I phoned at 19.30 and was told another 45 minutes, phoned at 20.15 and was told another 30 minutes, phoned at 20.45 and was told definitely it would be 15 minutes, phoned at 21.05 and was told definitely only another 15 minutes. Finally got the order at 21.30 which is 3hrs 15 minutes wait. If they had been honest from the start I wouldn’t of minded but just kept giving times they couldn’t meet. The food was mediocre aswell, the prawn on toast very good as always but the chow mein was bland, prawn balls were lukewarm and the beef was like rubber. Standards have seriously dropped and won’t be going back. Shame as used to be a decent takeaway

Delicious dinner - thank you. Fresh tasting, gorgeous king prawns, hot on delivery - slightly longer than suggested for delivery but perfection , so forgiven.

Normally use this chinese and never have any issues ,however the service from the red head girl on the counter is absolutely appalling, really let's the place down. Sits on her phone ignoring everyone and is rude to customers!
