Mark was very informative when he originally came out and gave us the quote.When it came to making the booking he fitted us in in a timely manner.He arrived at the time he said he would which is always good. He made sure he kept our property tidy and clean. I was super impressed with the fact that he had different shoes to wear inside our house so wasn't coming in and out with wet shoes etcI would recommend Mark and would definitely have him come back for any future work that we may want.

Cannot praise Mark enough with the way he conducts business. He is an honest trader who goes the extra mile, as was in our case where we had issues with our data link due to the nature of our property. He takes pride in his work making sure to hide wiring wherever possible and listens to your requirements so you get the most from your installed system. Plus he is very pleasant to get along with. In the world of rogue traders it's just lovely to get one that is reliable and and trustworthy.

Great communication from Mark from the moment I first contacted him to install CCTV, upgrade bell box & replace backup battery. Mark arrived on the dot & from that moment I hardly knew he was in the house. He Had the CCTV up & running & took the time to explain to me how the technology worked. We had Mark install an Alarm system and CCTV incorporating our property and garage. The install was neat, tidy and carried out in a professional and friendly manner. Superb company to deal with, clear communication prior to the job being done, and Mark's professionalism is quite frankly awesome. Maintenance agreement now in place going forward with Lincs Alarms. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

My CCTV system - installed by others - stopped working. Mark came out and sorted what transpired to be a very complex problem. He is so knowledgeable about all security matters, and I will certainly be asking him to look after my alarm system as well. Have already recommended him to a neighbour.
