Bought a Laptop computer 7 days (and counting ) told it would be in store 2 to 3 days. Went to store ( Parkgate Rotherham ) Friday 17th Nov. Was told the laptop was in the back of the store and I would get a call Sat/,Sun ti pick it up. Fed up now. When I get the chance I’ll go Down to the store and tell them I want my money back.

Ordered item was told there ws a problem after I'd paid on card, wouldn't give me a refund straight away, so I had to order from elsewhere, two days later item arrived after they told me it was cancelled. If there going to use technology make sure it works correctly!!!

Really knowledgeable guy who worked for Sony helped us to buy our TV for our first home, took a lot of time to thoroughly explain and made sure we got the best deal. Another guy who worked for curry’s was also really helpful and friendly. Got to give them credit for their great customer service

Excellent store .its huge .biggest I've been to . Wheel chair accessible and a lift to get to the top floor . Staff were very helpful n happy to help you . You can every type of tech for your home here.

Decided to buy a gaming PC and Logitech steering wheel from here at a very disrespectful 5:30. Kelly the absolute superstar was nothing but a kind hearted soul who gave us an absolutely fantastic experience in doing so irrespective of the time. She made the entire process run seamlessly with absolutely 0 hiccups. Kelly is well deserving of recognition for her customer support and purely because of Kelly’s amazing-ness we will continue to purchase our products for our new apartment from here, hopefully utilizing Kelly’s expertise.I do hope management will reward her for how good of a job she does.

I would not recommend this particular branch of Currys. I have been to many branches of Currys across the UK and have found them all to be superior to this one.This place is inhabited by several weird, awkward and suspicious staff members who lack basic manners and customer service skills. Obviously anyone with any intelligence would understand that staff members scowling and frowning in front of customers on the shop floor is pathetically bad customer service. Some staff members display body language which shows a deeply suspicious and arrogant attitude towards customers. This of course is very noticeable in the shop and shows the stupidity and arrogance of some of the staff who 'work' in this place.On a more positive note there are some polite and helpful staff who work here.

Really knowledgeable staff. Not pushy at all, very friendly and incredibly helpful. Even saw some tech I had no idea existed, check my video.Ive bought a lot from here, phones, accessories etc, it's still really great to walk around and see items in person. I so shop online mainly but I do value being able to see and test a product. If it's something big I typically find it online at Currys website and then order for store pickup.

Called today and purchased an upright fridge / freezer and a pair of Bose Bluetooth headphones. The shop was relatively busy. There seemed to be quite a few members of staff but they were all serving so we had to wait for about 15 mins until a retail assistant became free. The staff are friendly and helpful. The items we needed were in stock. The fridge freezer is being delivered next Wednesday...free delivery. I paid extra £20 for the old freezer to be taken away. No delivery time is given, a full day slot is allocated but they send a text to confirm time on the day.A lift is available in store as most household items are on the first floor.

Social distances are poor from the staff, the stock levels are deceptive I went in for a printer, and although they have around 20 different printers on display, having chosen one and trying to purchase I was at this point told, we have no printers in stock" !!! Why not put out of stock on the shelf or don't display them. Otherwise a decent range of products though I found this place expensive
