SIXT Car Hire - London St. Pancras

The pick-up location is superb for passengers arriving on EuroStar. Willston is the key to our excellent experience with Sixt. He provided his professional help in explaining the way to avoid driving into the Central London Zone that will confine toll charge. He also thoroughly instructed me how to pair the Google map of my iPhone onto the car’s navigation system that has saved me a lot of troubles. Besides, he is the only car rental company staff who’d intentionally offered his help to load my luggage into the car trunk. His friendly talk and smile could not been seen in other places and is surely a treasure to your company.

I used to find Sixt very convenient and the staff great (I am a repeat customer). However, for the past three bookings, I have had emails trying to hold me accountable for damage that was already present. Luckily I have always had proof. The current accusation is Sixt trying to charge me around £900 for a new windscreen. The damage was documented before the rental. I will NEVER hire from them again.

Excellent service from the staff at the Kings Cross office. Very friendly and helpful. Drop off service at Salford was also good with friendly staff making the whole process easy.

A very smooth experience from booking to pick-up and drop-off. The staff were friendly, efficient, and clear. (Thank you Emmanual!) The location is very convenient. There were no hidden costs, and no hard upsell -- just polite and relevant suggestions. I will definitely use this branch as my preferred one in future.Tip: when returning the vehicle, GPS tries to take you down Pancras Way which is actually one-way. Instead you should go past the back of King's X and back around the front of the station to join the road there.

One of the friendliest and easiest places to rent a car in Europe so far. Thankful Wilston was swaggering and friendly. If you rent a car in London, of course this is the place!

From good to terrible. Service on pick up was perfect, warm, friendly, efficient, accommodating. Car was fine, all good? No. Dropped car off, very early morning, no one to check it, left key with rep not yet in the office, just loitering around car park. To find accusations via an email that there are 3 areas of damage to the car (10cm scratch, allow wheel scrapes, back bumper scraped down to plastic), when the car has barely been anywhere, they didn’t show me the car beforehand, i just jumped straight in, in the semi dark of a car park, of course with them holding my deposit (so thats another £350 they’re planning to take off me, as well as extra for insurance and no damage waiver, so a £400 turned into £900!!! Don’t use SIXT, they’re just a life support machine for a scamming company. Furious!!! Never again,
