My daughter has been attending for over 18 months and absolutely loves each and every session. The sessions help with her confidence and mental health. All members are so friendly its like a little family. She has made so many new friends and the skills she has learnt are great. Sally is a really lovely person who does a fantastic job. I can honestly say that the atmosphere in the club is friendly, supportive and welcoming. The instructors are fully qualified sports coaches and experienced martial artists and the Head instructor has been selected for the 2023 England team and is a member of the women's Committee for the international governing body.Regardless of age, gender, orientation or fitness level, you will be welcomed and encouraged to show the best of yourself. A very friendly club run by experienced, knowledgeable and enthusiastic leaders . The classes are a great balance of serious focus and fitness with elements of fun. All members are encouraged to support, help, and guide each other through out. My daughter is eagerly looking forward to the gradings and entering competitions in the coming year. I can highly recommend you give it a go.

I live nowhere near Worcester, yet I've done the 3 hr journey to this dojang several times for trainings and seminars. Sally's matted hall is a dream to train in for anyone doing martial arts, and her and Adam are some of the most dedicated and knowledgeable coaches I've met. 100 percent recommend.

I’ve been training with WMC for almost a year now, and not only have they been an excellent club to train with but almost a second family for me in Worcester. The instructors are on another level compared to other clubs not only in the area but also in the country.
