Went to have my tyres checked, the Assistant in the shop was very helpful and offered me water, kwik fit need to put the hot machine back, the Assistant check all my tyres and told me they were good if l am worried about anything just bring it back, excellent communication gave me a run down on my types and when they get to a worn to bring the car in and they will change then, excellent service, shame about the hot machine.

Have to give a 5 star rating!Excellent customer service , I called in around 2/3 they scheduled my mot in for 4pmI was running late they STILL showed patience and gave me great service and then called me during to update me of possible advisories and if I could cover them which I did and passed my mot .. having to collect my car for 5:50 the traffic was manic so I called ahead and they kept the store open for me to assure my vehicle was returned to me .. lovely set of guys and lovely serviceI won't be using any other place in future with any car issues as theres no price for that level of customer care . Thank you KwikFit dudley

Expensive as hell. Quoted me nearly £300 to change front discs and pads. They can be purchased for less than £70 and it’s an hours job. Definitely won’t be having the work carried out here
