An excellent service. Marcus examined and scanned my eyes, and tested my sight. He was thorough and explained things very clearly. There was no pressure to buy new glasses but I have all the information I need, should I want to do so. Marcus and the team were a pleasure to do business with and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The whole team are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Marcus was so thorough with my eye examination and it's clear he really knows his stuff. Sinita helped me to choose a pair of glasses (without pressure) from an excellent selection. Her ability to find frames to suit me was exceptional. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutley Outstanding Service. I was not previously a customer of Eyelink Opticians but had smashed my glasses and needed help. The Eyelink team went above and beyond, fitting me into an appointment with the Optician and then organised a tempory pair to be made in the Lab and hand delivered withing 4 hours. Could not reccomend them more highly!.

This is the BEST opticians I’ve ever been to! Marcus is phenomenal and so warm and welcoming. He actually got my prescription right! I’m so used to having my prescription just be way too strong or “off” but this place is amazing. I’m so happy I took a leap of faith and decided to change. The second I came in I was warmly welcomed by Sinita who was so bubbly and sweet I really felt like I’d been going there for ages! My eye pressures were checked without any air going into my eye which I can’t stand and fully checked the health of my retina. After the appointment she picked out some frames for me that matched my face frame so well. 20/10 place I HIGHLY recommend!

I have been a customer of Eyelink for many years and have always been extremely happy with the level of service I have recieved and would highly recommend them. However, recently I have experienced service from Ume that has gone above and beyond expectations. Whilst trying to import some prescription sunglasses into another country, Customs proved extremely difficult and asked for more and more information. Each time Ume helped me promptly and efficiency, with nothing being too much trouble. I am extremely impressed with her professionalism and kindness. Ten out of ten for brilliant service. Thank you Ume.

This is a lovely opticians. I was recommended by a friend of mine and everything was exactly as she said it would be. Personal service, really nice choice of frames and excellent top quality lenses. My glasses came back really quickly and I am very pleased with them indeed. Marcus was great on the eye test side.
