Brooks Usui Reiki

Kate listened so carefully and thoughtfully, tailoring the experience to what I needed. I felt like I could be very open, with understanding and no judgement.The session itself is in a lovely calm room and she sets the mood as soon as you step through the door. It was my first time with reiki, so Kate explained everything and gave space for questions. It wasn’t such a calm experience, almost trance-like, and I felt such a sense of peace. Afterwards I felt like I wanted to just lie down in a hammock and watch the world go by, and I slept like a baby that night.I’d highly recommend a visit to Brooks Usui Reiki, and would definitely do it again.

I wanted to try Reiki to reconnect with myself and spent a long time searching for a Reiki practitioner that felt right. I felt completely at ease from the minute I met Kate, she is a really warm person who radiates kindness and openness. The space where she carries out the reiki is calming and comfortable.
