Stagecoach Performing Arts Bracknell North

I have been supremely impressed with Stagecoach Bracknell North, my daughter loved her trial period and has flourished in the weeks since. The staff are experts in their field, caring and professional and there is a very happy learning atmosphere. Keep up the good work.

Really professional, after seeing one of the school shows last year I was thoroughly impressed by the standard of the children and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stagecoach Bracknell North to any parent.

If you love your child - avoid this company. 1st issue: Reduced my child to tears 3 weeks in a row during the initial induction phase, what kind of person gets pleasure from making an 8 year cry. 2nd Issue: Dropped child off and signed them in with SC staff - get a call from SC staff hour later asking why we haven't dropped our child off this week - very frantic and rushed drive back from Reading to find that SC staff Found our Child" in the room where she was suppose to be - incompetent bunch of amateursUpdate:After seeing your response I felt it prudent to update my review to actually include some facts on your loose based assumptions!Firstly we did raise our concerns that our daughter was upset every time she was involved in the singing class and were callously told she was being over dramatic - the ironySecondly your records are inaccurate and I assume falsely recorded which I'm astounded by hoping this would be just a mere clerical error and more worryingly I believe to be gross negligence seeing as we DID sign our daughter in which responsible parent wouldn't - my wife being a pre school teacher knowing the practices and procedures regarding children clearly signed our daughter in and I find it amazing that you claim that we didn't - a major issue which I'll be reporting to OFSTED!Quite clearly you've not read your own feedback as you claim "Please be assured that Child Protection is of the utmost importance to us
