Norfolk Cat Groomer

Really patient, kind and yet very efficient at clipping my kitten's nails. My kitten warmed up to them immediately and they were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ellie and her mother came to my home on two occasions, to pamper my cat, Molly.The first time was just to give her claws a much needed trim, and the second time was to give her fur a good de-shedding.Molly really wasn't keen on them at first (hiding under my bed for the first few minutes) but eventually she was more than happy to sit on Ellie's lap.I can't express how grateful I am to both of them, and I'm sure that Molly would agree (although reluctantly, possibly)

Ellie and Amerada do a fabulous job grooming our cat Angel! Our cat Angel was developing dreadlocks in her fur as she is now very old (20!) and cannot clean herself. We feel since having these ladies groom her regularly her quality of life has improved and she is looking so soft! We would 100% recommend! I have a long haired cat who had got in to a bad state with matted hair. Because she is so old I was worried about having to take her to the vets and put her to sleep to get the knots out. I became embarrassed by the situation. I had not realised that you could have your cat groomed at home. I heard about Norfolk Cat Groomers from a friend and called them straightaway. Ellie and Amanda saved the day. They came to the house and were so calm and professional. They handled my cat so gently and did the most amazing job with her. It gave her a new lease of life. I would definitely recommend them if you have any issues with cat grooming. I will continue to use them so that my cat stays in tip top condition. The prices are very reasonable and it’s great that they will come to you.Keep up the good work ladies.

Once again Ellie and Amanda provided an excellent service. I called them expecting our rather fluffy Rolo to need de-matting but Ellie was able to thoroughly brush him out with gentle coaxing from Amanda. He felt so smooth and, I’m sure he felt a lot more comfortable, after their visit.

We cannot reccommend Ellie highly enough. She was prepared to take on our seventeen year old, semi-feral, although much loved, female cat - when others had refused. As a long haired cat Cassie has increasingly struggled to maintain her coat as she's got older and, until Ellie intervened, it was becoming matted and unmanageable. However, Ellie's thoughfulness, patience, gentle and careful approach to the task has worked wonders. Thank you.

I cannot recommend enough. Incredibly professional, quality service. I have two cats who can be a challenge to groom by myself, and Ellie and Amanda couldn't have done a better job. They have the interests of the cats in mind at all times and making it a positive experience for them. Truly a wonderful service they're providing.
