I contacted Tom to arrange service of my Trek bike.Communication was excellent. Booked me in after explaining the levels of service he offers and what would exactly be checked over .The bike arrived back to me at the appointed time specified in what I can only describe in amazing condition.Not only does it look like a new bike , it 100% rides like one too.After previous services " at other cycle outlets I can definitely say this is of a totally different standard.I can clearly see that parts have been removed

First time having my bikes serviced properly, excellent communication throughout, everything wrong with the bikes well explain, picked up and returned bang on time. Really nice guy, with excellent knowledge and really helpful. Highly recommended!!

I'm actually now glad I came off my bike the other day, as it made me look for somewhere to get it looked at, and I found Tom at Rushcliffe Cycle Tech. As all the other reviews have said, the service is fantastic - and so much better than anywhere else it has been previously.- Great service = collected and delivered from home, excellent work on the bike.- Great value = I booked a Gold service - and despite there being multiple issues (largely of my own making) that was the price charged plus parts.- Great comms = e.g. whatsapp videos and pictures of work in progress, and in the process teaching me a lot about good maintenance.My bike is better than ever, and after 12 years good as new! And to top it off a nice guy to boot - I will not be going anywhere else in future!

I had a problem with my rear hydraulic brakes. Called on Friday, and Tom came to my home on Bank Holiday Monday and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Excellent work and customer service. I'd highly recommend him to anyone needing help with their bike.

Looking for a place to take my bike for repair found this guy online Top bloke messaged him got reply shortly after and he managed to squeeze me in even with being super busy managed to get bike sorted and running smoothly again definitely would highly recommend to anyone plus he's mobile all bonus and look forward to contacting him in the future for more repairs and service

Brilliant service, can’t fault it. Came and picked up my bike within hours of contacting, turned it around fast, and delivered back. No hassle whatsoever. Had a gold star service, had a good look at what needed replacing and text me with options and prices up front. Really nice guy to deal with, open, honest, fast service. I got recommended by a friend to use Tom , as I have had numerous bad encounters with bike shops and independent repair people thinking they knew what they’re doing, but sadly not able to fulfil the problems.Tom on the other hand, diagnosing issues fixing them straight away, no hassle no worries no problems.My bike is running the best it’s ever run thanks to his expertise
