since I had ADT alarm system in my shop. alarm never fully work from day one . 360° sensor and apps communication never work. I called multi time regarding the issue, but not been resolved up-to now.when ever I reported the fault.engineer come reset the system and changed the battery go. after some weeks again same problem.almost 1 year now still not been resolved issues up to now.I ask one of the engineer what is solution for it.engineer said they can’t fixed because ADT alarm system which you have in my shop. Is a failure adt alarm system . Is not only me having issues.every shop who have same alarm system in their shop facing same issue . I’m trying to explain them issue asking for refund so I can go different company.They are telling the alarm successfully activated.but from day one I had adt alarm system in my shop. ever set the full alarm even single day. I am only set the the part alarm. anybody thinking take Adt alarm system for business please things twice.otherwise your money and your time will get wasted . in my other shop I’m using PSL alarm system 100 times better then ADT.PSL alarm quick and positive respond all the time.PSL I can recommended company.

Dreadful communication, paid deposit, didn’t meet a deadline for installation. Cancelled the order and requested a refund. Month later and still no refund, had to chase and chase with emails.

AVOID had nothing but issues with my system ongoing since May last year. Customer services are NOT proactive but total opposite. Do not book engineers to resolve issues and this is their recommendation. Send out incorrect batteries and expect you to fit them to sensors yourself . Requested numerous manager call backs NEVER happen and again calls are never logged. The system is supposed to be 24/7 365 monitoring. Doesn’t happen . My alarm had 3 faults on till I majorly and some what resented kicking off yesterday when away from home I had 3 alarm activations but couldn’t access my app. My mum accessed my home on New Year’s Eve the alarm was not deactivated and she was able to access my property for 2 1/2 hours before the kitchen sensor picked her up. STILL waiting for the manager call back and engineer . STILL waiting for yesterdays manager call back.BUT here is the UPSIDE to ADT. They are happy to set up a new contract for you with a new system even tho I’m only 7 months into a 24 month contract telling me I would only have to give a months notice on my old contract!!!!!! Again incorrect information wanted the sale. I would incur a massive cancellation fee or would have to pay for 2 contracts. I paid a £259 deposit but wasn’t stupid enough to sign the new contract till the old was cancelled. Horrible company. Customer service have an attitude and have to follow a script without actually asking relevant questions and God help you if you have a problem on a weekend because they certainly won’t.
