I was recommended Sedum Supply by a green roof installer in Oxfordshire, based on the quality of their sedum. Excellent experience from the outset, with clear advice from Darren on what I needed and installation tips. Picked the sedum up in Oswestry and was given further advice by Berwick and installed it the same evening - simple process and immediate impact! Wonderful family run business - friendly and efficient and always good to deal with people who really know their stuff.

I contacted Sedum Supply via email and telephone to enquire, as a total novice, about having a green roof on my garden room & office. The response was a delight as I was talked through all the options and this was followed up with full documentation for me to study. As the project continued the builder I employed also got full technical support from Sedum Supply regarding roof loadings etc.Deliver was a dream to our site which was not the easiest due to traffic and a long gravel drive and restricted width so the non living part of the order was delivered to curb side on 3 pallets which we were able cope with exactly on the day and in the timeslot we agreed.When we were ready the living Sedum turves arrived exactly as requested and they were in tip top conditionThe builders and myself completed the installation this afternoon so I wish to say thank-you for all Sedum Supply's help, excellent communications and top quality product.

I have waited a number of months to assess the quality of the green roof they provided and to see if it survived through winter, and it has done so with no issue at all so I considered it time to review this company.In short though, I highly recommend them. When initially looking at the options available to us, Sedum Supply were very competitively priced and had a good range of options.After putting in my order I re-measured the area I was wanting to cover only to realise I had ordered 1 square metre less than I would need. I contacted them and with minimal fuss they arranged to get the extra square metre added into the order.Upon arrival, I had some questions about fitting the green roof (they have an option to use their fitters but I decided to do this step myself). They responded to my email within minutes, and called to walk me through the process.Finally as mentioned earlier, the green roof has survived through the winter so I can testify to the quality of the sedum they send out. An overall excellent process, and a highly recommendable company.
