Junior Jungle

Went today, did not have a clue what I wanted, the girl was amazing, picjed the right extensions for me and even put them in and straightened my hair to match - 100% customer service and excellent value for money thank you

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!Had to return a FAULTY item to be screamed at and called an abuser. I bought an outfit from here for my son last month. He worn it once and I washed it ONCE on a 30 degree wash as per instructions on the label. It then came out the wash like this (in photo). I made a trip especially to the Hill Street centre Junior Jungle store, to be told no one can help me as there is no manager available and told me I would have to come back another day. I asked if they could ring one but they just told me to message Instagram, which I did and got no reply. I then went today and was greeted by the rudest woman I’ve ever met in my life. She put her glasses on to inspect the outfit. She informed me I wouldn’t be getting my money back and would only get the same outfit back. I said I don’t want the same outfit back as it will happen again, she said no it won’t our quality is the ‘best’. (She was so defensive over the clothes, as if they were handmade, she probably pays pennies for them from Ali express) Then she realised there wasn’t the same outfit in the same size. So changed her mind and said I can swap for any outfit. I choose an outfit and was buying some socks to match (so was still willing to help out this business) She then said I couldn’t have that outfit as wasn’t the same size as I bought last (again didn’t have the size I bought). So in the end I couldn’t swap as there wasn’t the size which fits my son. I said look if you can’t offer me a swap, I am entitled to a refund. She then started shouting at me and my mam, telling us we are band from the shop. I said you have lost business from us (I bought often there for my son) she said she doesn’t want our business and that I haven’t washed the outfit once at all. I swore on my sons life I have washed that outfit once, how dare she accuse me of lying. She says she has sold hundreds of them outfits and no one has complained. Which is funny because they only ever stock one size of each outfit and if she is so busy why be so awkward about refunding me £26. Which I am fully entitled to as stated on gov website “You must offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it's supposed to. Customers have exactly the same rights to refunds when they buy items in a sale as when they buy them at full price.” Don’t be bullied by this woman, you are fully entitled to a refund if you have a faulty item.
