Terrible service. The male master was rude and broke the ceramic surface of the kitchen stove. After causing damage to my property, he ran away and did not fix what he came for. And the company had the great audacity to issue an invoice for work not performed after that! horror! I do not advise anyone to contact them. Pass by so you don't get into trouble!

I am now using Silver Saints for 6 years since my old property in Covent Garden I can only say how pleased I am with them. I had this guy Silviu and In my whole experience with the saints I have not meet someone so polite and knowledgeable.He advise on few options to choose and had a clean professional finish. Highly recommend

I've used SilverSaints on 3 separate occasions since purchasing my first home in 2020. They're always polite, punctual and finish the work to a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

PROPERTY DAMAGE: I TODAY used Silver Saints Ltd for a kitchen light repair, and the outcome was unacceptable. During the repair, the technician accidentally damaged my stove, causing it to shatter. What was most distressing was that he left the scene without providing any contact or insurance information. My requests for damage compensation were met with false accusations from the company. This situation became particularly alarming as I have small children at home, for whom the broken stove poses a great danger. I expect an immediate resolution to this issue and a responsible approach from the company.

I booked a handyman to fix a sliding door and specifically requested they bring a ladder to fix a dislodged gutter pipe. The initial saint who was supposed to come couldn’t for some reason so they sent someone in his place with little information to him about the job . He turned up with no ladder and couldn’t fix the sliding door, which is not his fault. He was in and out of the house in less than 15 minutes with no work done and I was charged £60 for it. I complained and was told they’d look into it but have been left hanging. It’s a shame because the saint told me he would get a quote for the door and we would’ve used them again, but no quote came and instead I’m out of pocket for a service that wasn’t provided.

They were a bit late, but communication was great to keep me updated. From starting the job to completion was 10 minutes tops. Efficient, high quality, and professional.

I needed to replace a spiral balance. Everyone else tried to sell a full installation for huge money, or made things worse, or simply didn't show up. The booking process with Silver Saints was easy; Jeremi, a real saint, arrived on time, did everything quick and professionally! Thank you!

This company should change their name to ‘Silver Sinners’. I called up and inquired about toddler proofing my new house and specifically stair gates as it’s not a standard staircase and would need either a bespoke custom made stair gate or altering a store-bought one. After wasting two whole days speaking to a receptionist and sending pictures of my stair case, she said she had asked one of her most skilled carpenters about it and apparently he couldn’t do it or didn’t want to or something like that. THEY LITERALLY ADVERTISE ON THEIR WEBSITE ABOUT STAIRGATES. I was treated so poorly, they acted as if I wasn’t important and my job was nothing and menial. I’m trying to move into a house, I need stair gates, I have a 2 year old and I’m heavily pregnant and they still did not want to help me. “Saints” is something they are not. I’ve never been outright ignored with no reason. I’m willing to pay whatever it costs I didn’t haggle with money but they deemed me unimportant from the start. My stair case is not even difficult, they just didn’t want to do it by looking at one picture. And the receptionist had the audacity to ask as if because it curves slightly that there’s a huge issue and questioning me on it. Who’s the skilled professional here ? That’s why I called for a carpenter’s help….

After receiving good service the first time I used this company I booked them again to resolve a small dripping sound coming from the toilet. I was told it was the cistern filter and charged extra to have this replaced. This did improve the noise but did not fix it. I called back within about 5 minutes of the individual leaving to let him know there was still a problem. He told me to call head office and someone would come out free of charge. This has not happened. Communication with head office has been terrible and they want to charge me a second time to fix what they were already meant to have done. Sadly I won’t be using this company again as they have proven so untrustworthy and are happy to take your money without doing what they have been paid for.

Can’t say enough good things.A little more expensive but punctuality and professionalism aren’t cheap. Used them for years and I have never felt that they are trying to push the clock to make more though they are very strict about when charges change.
