We went looking for this shop with the intention of buying a bottle of mead for a friend. From the first welcome at the door to the end of the transaction we were served by a couple of super friendly staff or maybe the owner. This shop is packed full of interesting merchandise mostly relating to anything Viking. The help we received in choosing our bottle of mead was first class. I would highly recommend visiting this shop if you are ever in Glastonbury.

Went to the shop today and the owner was at the front entrance and she was very polite and helpful even though the shop was extremely busy they had some really nice stuff in the shop for sale like they always do and when we got to the till the bloke there was happy and joking around just like they have always done.

Lovely shop. I’ve been popping in, during visits to Glastonbury for years (not as frequently as I’d like). I can’t believe I haven’t left this review much earlier.The owners and staff are wonderful, always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter (who loves all things Norse) first went in aged around 8. She’s now 17 and declaring she’d love to work there, as it’s such a good atmosphere.I won’t go into detail on here, but from experience I can tell you that the owners go above and beyond for their customers.There’s a wonderful product range, and the mead selection is one of the best I’ve seen for an independent business (they post too).Highly recommend a visit if you’re in the area.

First time I visited this place last weekend and it won't be the last. The shop owner was fantastic, really knowledgeable and friendly and also loves Little Mix - who knew ;). The items in this shop are stunning, many handcrafted. I loved my wolf hair trinket and was thrilled to know it was well sourced from living, cared for wolves and incense is just stunning and all made in house! Highly recommend a visit when you are in Glastonbury

Amazing little shop. We took some friends on holiday to Glastonbury and they all loved it.Staff are super friendly. The range of items for sale is incredible, some really beautiful things for sale.I'd recommend for anyone in the area!

What a shame. Found this website selling exactly what I wanted the Danish Mead. However when I went to order (several bottles) Website was down, 3 days now. Tried to call today to order over phone, no answer. Don't think I'll bother again. So I have now lowered my score to 1 star. I did try loads on the phone and the voice mail doesn't say you're through to the company if it had I'd have left a message.And I do understand websites need maintenance I'm not an idiot, but I don't do social media so was left with no options that suited/applied to contact you.

Great shop just there was a women standing at the door looking as if she wanted out turns out she works there standing in the way of a small shop quite rude as well.Just went in to store as it wasnt as busy, the women was still blocking the doorway chatting with a couple of people. After purchasing an item and leaving the shop she made a rude comment about a review. In response to this my wife said what a awful way to speak to us. She then slamed the door on my wife's foot so hard it broke the glass while shouting at us they don't need our money and don't serve our kind . Then screaming profanits as we walked away. Clearly racist comment. Currently seeking legal advise

Fantastic shop. The people there are lovely and helpful, and they stock all sorts of fabulous Viking goodies!! I’ve got my eye on a drinking horn and holster as well as some new garb… will deffo be back soon!

We have just visited during the Frost Fair in Glastonbury and despite the shop being small and extremely busy, staff were polite, helpful and welcoming to everyone. Everything is beautifully made and reasonably priced. Even though we don’t live locally we love coming here as often as we can and would definitely recommend a visit. With regards to lies in recent reviews regarding a door, thankfully CCTV will show what really happened. We love you Wyrdraven, you’re amazing :)
