I usually like their foods, it’s nice to have a halal option in supermarkets, but it’s a shame that they (Chicken Nuggets & chicken poppers) seem to taste different from batch to batch, sometimes not very flavourful at all. Today, I’ve cooked them in the oven, and the chicken inside is not white (as you expect of chicken flesh) but it’s more like a brownish colour, and it tastes disgusting and the texture was mushy, almost like the chicken was left to rot before being frozen and battered, I’m thoroughly disappointed, please do not compromise on your quality, you will lose customers, it’s better to continue at the highest quality and keep your customers than to compromise and lose customers because of unbearable food.

I bought the Ginos Hot n Spicy boneless fillets and it had huge bones in it. I am very disappointed considering a child almost choked on it and certainly would recommend this company to anyone. There is no care to make the products they do and no quality control. Not happy at all with this product.

1 star, only because there was something in the box! Nothing like the picture on the box. What topping there was, was all on one quarter. Obviously defrosted and re-frozen. Never again. Bought several, binned the lot. And I'm not working!

Bought 2 packs of battered chicken nuggets, cooked 1 pack, they came out the oven all puffed up like cookies, let them cool, still puffed up, cut one open... Like rubber, tasted it and it was dreadful.Wouldn't feed them to my family, I hate to waste food but these all had to go in the bin along with the other frozen packet I hadn't cooked. Absolutely disgusting and made from the cheapest ingredients one could imagine.

Brought the vegaterian lasagne.. no taste.. sloppy and yuk.. wont buy anymore went in the bin. Disappointed

After recently discovering Gino's, myself and my family have become hooked! The chicken Cajuns and peri peri chicken burgers are AMAZING. 10/10
