My garage door was in a right state. It came off the runners and the cables were all twisted meaning the door wouldn’t shut fully. I phoned GDR on the Monday and was told that someone would be with me Wednesday. Come Wednesday and Jack arrived and identified the problem immediately. He was very friendly and professional and had the job done within 15 mins. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant service! If you have any problems with your garage door this is the company to use. They we quick to respond, professional from start to finish and happy to help. We waited 2 days for a different company to come out but these guys were here within half an hour. Cant thank them enough.

I have used Garage Door Rescue twice now the first time was good the second visit not so good, they replaced two garage door spindles because one of the old spindles sheared off and the garage door was leaning to one side but since the work was done the garage door seems to wobble from side to side and doesn't seem very safe so I contacted them asking them to come and have a look but decinled to do so I am very disappointed they wouldn't come and have a look so will not be using them again.

Excellent service. I couldn't find suitable bottom door seal but no trouble for Garage Door Rescue, they found one suitable. Certainly recommend and would use their services again.

Garage Door Rescue came to give us an estimate within 2-3 days just after a bank holiday. The estimate was fixed and when GDR returned, they did an excellent job and left everything tidy. Good communication throughout as well. Would recommend.
