Hillcrest Dental Practice

Amazing dental and hygienist service, I first saw the hygienist Wendy who revolutionized my dental routine with fantastic results. I then saw the dentist Dr Zoltan who was extremely methodical and gentle and advised me I had to have three fillings. I have always had a fear of having any dental work done however this fear has been put to rest. The fillings were done within an hour with no pain and or discomfort. I am so happy that I have a local dentist practice that I can trust! Thank you.

Have used this practice for over 30 years and Jane has been there for most of this time! Present team are excellent - top marks all round. Highly recommended.

When it’s come to dentist visit , needless to say many of us a bit frightened. So was I , but after my first visit this feeling all disappeared. Dr Zol was always very patient and payed attention to all my requests. The staff is excellent and very friendly. I can only recommend Dr Zol

Dr Zol and his team were very welcoming at the practice and made me feel at home. They were very patient in listening to me and explaining my treatment options. The parking round the back was really handy after a long drive too!

I felt safe visiting Hillcrest Dental practice as they took all the necessary precautions. The treatment I received was very good and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The whole team at Hillcrest put me on ease straight from my first visit at the practice,. Thank you for you kindness and your empathy regarding to my dental phobia. You have helped a lot to wear it off in no time.

Really unimpressed. Half a treatment due to them running behind and I was told I have to return when she’s next available in 3 months time AND pay again for the luxury! The cheek! Felt like I was being told off by the receptionist and the hygienist when I was nothing but lovely and happy and smiling. I left feeling very sad, ripped off and distressed after the receptionist added an extra £20+ on my bill! Thank god I queried and noticed because she was blatantly going to take the money off my card even though the prices are on the wall next to her!! I had to really push to get her to charge the correct amount. The assisting lady in the dental room was really lovely and friendly but she was clearly upset and embarrassed by the tone of the female hygienist Wendy. She spoke to down to her like she was stupid, and she wasn’t at all, she was the only nice person in the building, it was so awful to witness. I do not recommend you go here - I never leave bad reviews but this place is awful and I don’t want anyone else to waste their money like I did. I’m so upset. I daren’t ask for a refund as it’s not exactly a place I can approach comfortably with that attitude. Receptionist also didn’t ask to take my temperature with an infrared thermometer, she TOLD me she was going to which is a breech of my rights. I suggest the owner of this dentist looks into the legalities of her invasive nature and rudeness. As someone who is head of customer services in aviation, I’m shocked at my entire experience and I will be telling everyone I know to AVOID HILLCREST DENTAL AT ALL COSTS.
