They were employed to do the building inspections on our single story rear extension. When the works were completed and we just needed a sign off, they asked us to provide photos and results of tests etc that had either never before been mentioned or already been provided.I imagine that some of the details have been lost internally due to personnel changes and lock-down being generous. Though to me it seems a bit more like incompetence.
