Organised the hire of a heavy duty chipper today.Delivered on time, explained the controls etc and the machine was in great condition and collected again after with no fuss at all.Very pleased with the service.Thankyou.

I saw some bad reviews so I thought I would share our experiences. We have used 5A's several times over the years and quite a lot a while ago when having to return a rented warehouse back to original condition. We rented various power tools, a platform lift and a scaffold tower during the 2 month job. Prior to that we have rented blower heaters when our warehouse heaters have stopped working. I have never found them to be anything other than very helpful. We have not had any problems with the rental equipment apart from an issue with a large electric blow heater that kept stopping. They replaced it straight away and we had the same problem again. 5A's found it was the fault of our own extension lead that wasn't up to the job but didn't complain and were glad to have helped. We would happily recommend them.

Looked on the website at a 1.5 ton digger, called to enquire and because our company hasn't used them before we were told they don't have anything between a 1.5 - 2.3. Great way to get new customers!

Used 5A's a few times for generator hire for sites in Oxford area,great service, good pricing and good quality - highly recommend, they take a deposit based on what your hiring and all costs are explained in detail.

This is the place to go for tools for hire and purchase. I needed a strimmer so I told them the kind of thing I wanted to do and that I wanted a decent machine. They recommended a Stihl FS 50 C-E and also pointed out that I need to be mindful of toxicaria and that the protection I used for my chain saw is not right for a strimmer.The Stihl FS 50 C-E is very good, easy to start and easy to handle so the job took much less time to do than I expected. And what is more, at a good price!The previous comment I don't recognise at 5 As and it is not the story I heard. If you treat people right, most people will treat you right, that has been my experience in life.

Always liked 5 A's. They do what the say they're going to do and don't mess about. The hire fleet is priced reasonably and they're always quick to resolve a problem. If they can't sell you want you want off the shelf then they'll get it for you.

I have used 5AS Plant and Tool hire for many years and am delighted with the excellent service I get from the whole team, as well as the professionalism and speed that they respond to any request.I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
