Pets at Home Epsom
Pets at home is where my Vets for Pets veterinary practice is and I went to collect my pets regular worming etc medication. It's a good size store and I use the vet practice for vaccinations. The pet part is friendly and helpful.

The car park attendant is a decent ,friendly bloke meanwhile the staff inside the shop dont really exude an aura of happiness and joy and no Bonios yet again.

Staff are really not customer focused. Felt almost guilty I had to break into their personal conversation to ask for help in finding a product.I was not totally convinced advice given by vet was spot on. Will not use service again by choice will seek a veterinary practice.

This is a good store with a large amount of stock.It also has a vets in store. The staff were friendly and helpful.The car park at the back is useful but the way in/out is only single lane so can be a bit awkward if you meet someone as you go in or out, it can be quite a tight one to get to a space when it's busy.Would recommend as it does cater for most things you'll need for your pet.

Three till staff talking amongst themselves while I’m attempting to enquire about about discounts on the pets at home app no response and then as my partner had paid and I discovered I had discounts on my app but was told they are non transferable which I can totally understand however when I suggested the till mafia cancel the transaction I pay and use my discounts this was refused. I could also f laboured the point and insisted but was worn out by the terrible customer service and decided to drop #petsathome a review. Awful service avoid at all costs.
