The Service at Eastleigh was outstanding. I can't believe I forgot her name but the lovely lady who saved my skin by getting my car battery replaced the day of a gig was an absolute superstar. Helped me both on the phone and once I managed to get to the garage. Also managed to get me some money off which was a huge bright addition to my day. The garage team also worked exceptionally to get everything sorted as soon as possible, and were so kind and accommodating. Thank you everyone!!

Just received some exceptional customer service from the Auto Centre.I THOUGHT I had booked my car in for an MOT today. I didn't due my own error.The folks still managed to squeeze me in to their fully booked day.Very much appreciated! It was my second experience with Halfords auto centre and both 100% satisfying me. Staff very polite and helpful from ladies from reception who are making sure that all works and bookings going smoothly. They very flexible and cheap comparing to other garages. I have seen some previous reviews and seen some about not responding to the customers when quotation provided, I would concern more web site issue which not passing data to specific auto centre as I had pleasure to see how nicely and with high standards of customer service those guys dealing with public. I have tried calling the Eastleigh phone number on 3 occassions but only get transferred to customer services, who say they are unable to assist because they too cannot contact the store! I have paid for fitting 3 new buggy tyres but after 8 days I still cannot book a fitting date! I have been unable to recover my money because customer services say the need to contact the store!

I bought a new car seat for my 15-month-old granddaughter, the customer service that I received from Adam at the Eastleigh branch was absolutely superb. He was so conscientious, patient and polite. Halfords is extremely lucky to have him as an employee.

My Carrera e bike went in for some warranty work and I couldn’t have asked for better service, I was kept updated throughout, although the part was on back order they still managed to find one and complete the work which was done to a high standard, well done! I’d thoroughly recommend the bike team to anyone.

Called in to Halfords Eastleigh as one of the car headlight bulbs had stopped working.Halfords supplied and fitted 2 new bulbs (at my request) quickly without any fuss. At what I thought was a reasonable price.
