Neil and Ryan were absolutely brilliant! Very clean, neat work carried out moving our boiler from upstairs to down. They were unbelievably lovely and friendly and a pleasure to have around. They were with us for a few days and they always left for the day with their area much tidier than the rest of the house!! I’m really impressed with their care & professionalism but equally impressed with them as people. They consistently went the extra mile to ensure the job was done really well. Neil and Ryan have just installed a new boiler for my mum who is 83, she was more than pleased with everything from start to finish. She told me that they arrived on time, were very polite, professional, respected her property, cleaned up at the end of each day and talked her through everything that they were doing and showed her how to use her new boiler and remote once it was fully installed. She would 100% recommend them to all her friends.

Neil did a great job replacing and relocating my boiler. His communication, customer service and quality of work was fantastic from start to finish. He provided great advice along the way and provided a range of options for the new boiler which were all competitively priced and clearly communicated in his quote. Neil and Ryan removed our old back boiler and fitted a new combi boiler in a new location. They also relocated a radiator and fitted a new radiator. Throughout the process they kept us informed and were extremely friendly, helpful, polite, professional and hardworking. They also left everywhere clean and tidy at the end of each day. We are so glad we chose them for this job and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you so much Neil and Ryan for making this process so much easier than we expected.

I am so glad that I found N-Gas heating Solutions. We need to relocate the boiler from thr kitchen to the attic. Neil and Ryan are very professional, polite and friendly.It is a 2-day work and most of the job need to do it at the attic, which is dark and no window, not a pleasant place to work at. But they are very professional and hardworking, barely take a lunch break. They did a brilliant job, the installation is very neat and tidy. They cleaned the house spotless after their work each day.We asked two other boiler engineers to give us quote for the job, but they refuse to do the job. Nothing is too much or too little for N-Gas heating Solutions. Highly highly recommended this company, we are very happy to find such professional company. Thank you very much Neil & Ryan!!

Neil installed a new boiler, flushed out our CH system, installed a new CH controller and repaired several faulty valves and leaks on the unvented tank system we have. Neil is that rare breed of plumber who likes working on unvented tanks!! Wish we'd found him sooner. He also replaced the CH pump and thermostat. He plumbed in a new radiator too. Neil and Ryan completed the work punctually and left no mess. The new system, so far, works brilliantly and is a massive improvement on the old one. Neil and Ryan were unfailingly polite and hard working, they were a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending them if you are having your CH installed, repaired or upgraded. Neil's quote was competitive and accurate.

New boiler install. Gas Fire service. Fitting of a new radiator. All completed on time and within the quoted amount. Neil gave me a clear run down of what was needed and pointed out a few short cuts that had been taken when the old boiler was installed. So I am all fully compliant for the terms of the Baxi 10 year warranty. Would I recommend to a friend...totally. Tidy, knowledgeable, professional, efficient with great comms from the start to the end. Details saved for the next time I need him. Neil had previously repaired my old boiler and he got me another 3 years service out of an ancient thing, so glad I had kept his details for the bigger job.

Replacement boiler work carried out by Neil and Ryan.Excellent work and service from start to finish. The whole job completed in under 2 days with no fuss or mess. Would happily recommend them to anybody. Will certainly be using them for the annual service of the new boiler too.
