Lawer Tamara provided an excellent service, when I had my first consultation regarding my mother's visa she shared very honest opinion and guided very thoroughly throughout the proceedings. Biggest thanks to Laura, Tamara and the rest of the team. My original application got declined when I applied past the deadline and I didn’t know what else to do. After a consultation meeting and making a plan with Tamara we decided to try applying again, so after another consultation to finish any documents required we reapplied, next day I received a email saying my application is now valid and go through to decision. And later that same evening I got my settled status. Very surprised and pleased how quickly I got my decision and now very relieved and very legal.Thanks again to the BPA team.

Initial contact was through Laura. She was human and listened to my rant against the British immigration service with patience.She said the firm had excellent lawyers who could ensure the reapplication would work.My wife is German and a now retired doctor. I have a post grad education but still the form filling had tricked us.Lena who was a tier one lawyer and very patiently took us through all we needed to do what forms we needed and explained each step.All our contacts with this firm have been at a very stressful time. My wife has to go back to Germany so we're had to be separated for the period of the application.Local lawyers rubbed their hands in glee and quoted hourly rates. Lena and Laura had confidence in their own abilities. They gave us a fixed price and stuck to it.Lena seemed to be incredibly accessible.We had a review with another firm to assess where we went wrong which was not cheap. But they want all monies up front and offered a consultation in 14 days and replies within 10 working days. Once we realised what a poor service we would get with a very junior lawyer I looked round and Laura and Lena were so much better there was. O comparison.Anyway we now live happily together in Cornwall and are happy to say using Lena was money well spent.Dez stait
