Great shop. Glynn is always upfront and does a great job, if he can fix he will..if not he'll be clear. Great value for money and always lovely and friendly...definitely recommend as a woman who loves her shoes!! Prefer to support independent business and this is a great asset to the community! Fixed a pair of boots I thought were IRREPERABLE!! Will always come back here.

Great service for key cutting.Walked in at 12.30pm on a Monday to get two keys cut and was all done within three minutes.Good quality, sturdy keys too. £6 each and minimum £10 payment on card machine so bring cash if your purchase is less.

Years ago we used to get our shoes fixed here, and they did a great job. These days sadly it is often cheaper to just buy new shoes, though maybe that's us buying cheap shoes. Now we mainly get keys cut here, and they do a good job, at a good price for that also. Bizarre thing on my last visit, a cat asleep behind the counter. It did not even twitch when the key cutting machine fired up!

I had the heels and soles replaced on my boots and they look better than they did when they were brand new! He thoroughly cleaned them for me as well and I can't believe how good they look. I'm very happy with this service and will definitely be taking all my shoes here for repairs in the future.

Glyn has done an excellent job at repairing the straps on my silver bag and re-healed my boots. He did extra stitching on my bag and didn’t charge me extra. Definitely coming back here again. Thank you!

Excellent service! New shoes needed a half rubber to protect leather soles. The quality and Glyn's craftsmanship is absolutely brilliant! Highly recommend and will defiantly come back again.

I recently took a pair of vintage pumps that were missing a heel and had a very worn sole. I am extremely happy with Glyn’s work and he polished them so nicely too. Definitely worth using Glyn’s shop if able too as the service was excellent.
