Bought a second hand phone from here about 8 months ago. I had to return about 2/3 months later because there was issues with the speaker, I was told the fee was £35 which I accepted. I paid the fee and had to return again a week later because the issue hadn't been properly corrected, it was a hassle to get the phone repaired and the audio quality continued to be sub par but there was some improvement. It broke fully last night and the repair would've cost £90 (from a different, competent provider) so I opted to get a new one from a more reliable place. In my opinion, avoid at all costs.

Went in to grab some headphone in there and I walked in there, bought them for a lot of money, came out 1 day later, headphone was making my phone weird, whole top thing came off and the wires came off on the left ear, tried to get a refund, rude customer service, never told me about the policy. But the amount I pay, I think they should Atleast test it out on phone before they put it out

Very friendly and helpful staff! They were very quick and good price to fix my iPhone7 screen but after 1 drop the screen broke again - twice! They fixed it again for a discount, at which point I decided to upgrade and they then bought my iphone7 off me for a good price, and gave me a screen protector for my new phone! Would definitely recommend for a quick fix for damaged phones!

Very poor job done for an iPhone screen repair where defect screen glass was installed and refused to be correctly fixed after coming back to the shop two days later. Awful customer experience all in all and no money refunded although I had a receipt with me that I had to insist at the time of my payment because I was not offered one. This does not surprise me because they won't quarantee their work! Shop owner called me a liar and started filming me and refused to see my point or take responsibility. I don't recommend this place to anyone and I have taken this to the local authorities so hopefully they can investigate this further and make sure this business is running according to the laws.

Sold me an used s20+ for £420 and didn't bat an eyelid. I trusted him because he was nice to me before. My advice is to steer clear of this shop. I Hope he's happy.If only I would have checked amazon before I gave him a free £200. I'm upset and I wouldn't trust this guy if he's willing to pull one over on someone like that.

'fixed' screen for iPhone, much worse part and it was faulty a few days later (not being able to press parts of the screen). went back and claimed was a '3 day return period', which is illegal and it wasn't attached properly in the first placedon't bother. pay the £35 extra and go to iSmash and get the genuine screens and peace of mind

This shop is THE WORST. I regretted leaving my phone before I even got it back, as I felt te owner was untrustworthy, and for good reason. He is a bully. He charged me £130 and gave me back my phone in an unusable state of repair. He refused to listen when I raised the issue and just shouted over me. I dont generally leave bad reviews but this place should be shut down.

Value for price. I bought my iPhone 7 plus, cheap price good phone. staff name Sam is so good and cute, love to buy again for my son soon.
