I had an MOT done on in my campervan here, then, a couple of days later, the Check Engine Light came when I was just around the corner from Pinnacle so I just turned up there and asked if they could possibly have a look at it.Paul plugged in the diagnostic computer, found the fault, a stuck valve, unstuck it and reset the warning. He then explained that it wasn't serious, it was fine to drive and where to go to get it repaired, as it wasn't something they could do. Absolute excellent service and they didn't even want to charge for it! I'm very impressed.

Absolutely fantastic service!!Just about to drive from Ipswich to Portsmouth with my 9 year old son, van went into limp mode.I drove to VW main dealer, where I bought the van, they couldn't help, or even look at it.Drove next door to Pinnacle Automotive, they diagnosed it straight away, made a running repair immediately and got us on our merry way.The price was more than fair.Thank you guys, amazing.I can't recommend them highly enough.Well done.

Excellent swift service. Phoned at 09.00 re brake problems (faulty brake caliper?), took car in at 10.00, phoned at 16.00 to say it had been repaired. Kept informed of progress throughout. Thanks guys, brilliant customer service.

Took my car here on the 22/07/2020, I had a starting issue with push button on my S5. These guys pulled the car in offered me a cup of tea and just listened to the issue I was having. Very relaxed atmosphere along with a huge knowledge of cars especially Audi's. I was free to wait but these guys were happy to just allow me to watch exactly what needed doing along with diagnosing the problems. Gave my car a full check over, (first hour diagnosis was free aslong as you proceed to pay for something even small in return at the end)They also fixed my A/C along with a loose part under the car and a loose body part on the front. Gave me a wealth of tips about my car on best parts to use along with saving money.Also to add the parts they used on my car were genuine parts but at a slice of the price, a quick oil and filter change and I was on my way.Probably the best experience I have had so far when taking my car in for repairs, top job, good guys and great knowledge. I highly recommend.
