Firstly, Jack and his team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Jack was professional and really helpful with diagnosing the root cause of the leak. His knowledge and expertise filled me with confidence as he knew exactly what he was talking about.Cost was fair for a job done quickly and efficiently. Chris was awesome on the day of the install. Just take a look at the pictures - the welds are a work of art! And to top it off John cleared up as if they were never there -I do think he could get a job at the circus given his equipment carrying skills up and down the ladder!I will definitely have these guys back again for more lead and roof work. The Silk-Leadwork did a very professional job completely re-doing the flat lead roof of our farmhouse. The quote was provided promptly, the team were lightning quick to set up and take down and were thoroughly polite and professional throughout. They also came back immediately to fix a couple of tiles which slipped during the scaffolding takedown. I can't recommend Jack and his team highly enough.

Outstanding service! I contacted Silk-Leadwork Ltd days before Christmas to replace the lead roof over the front of our house. Jack replied promptly, knew exactly what to do, gave us a competitive quote, and confirmed on the Friday afternoon that he would come on Monday. The job took a few hours and the work was of excellent quality; the new roof looks fantastic while water is draining away correctly, thus eliminating the issue.
