I would like to add a testimonial on what exemplary customer and personal service I recently received from Nick/BSC whilst buying my first Porsche 997 911; a superb and seamless customer experience from start to finish.From our first initial telephone call Nick has provided an outstanding service where not only did he make me feel like an important valued customer but nothing seemed to be too much trouble for Nick upon request with excellent communication, both verbal and written at all hours to ensure I got the answers I was requesting as quickly and detailed as possible!My decision to buy the 997 911 after going to meet Nick (one visit only) and test drive the car was very simple and Nick’s professional attitude and service were important factors in my decision making process immediately placing a holding deposit to secure the car.Throughout the two week car prep process prior to collection Nick kept me abreast of the state of progress at multiple intervals and even sent pictures to show me the progress and ensure I was happy; very few other dealers I doubt would go that extra mile! On handover day there was no absolutely rush on Nick’s part and we spent a good two hours going through the car and finer details to ensure I was as prepped as possible when leaving, not having owned a Porsche before and to ensure I got as much valuable information as possible to take away. I must also add praise to Nick’s colleague, Harry who as Nick’s assistant was again very accommodating and thorough when taking me for the test drive and explaining the car’s finer points and providing further detailed knowledge during handover day.I would not hesitate and thoroughly recommend Nick and BSC without question to anyone who is serious about buying a sports or rare car and wants to meet an expert in his field who understands what customer and aftercare service really means, regardless of whether you make a final purchase or not.Many thanks again Nick, a great experience from start to finish and I will be back again! I purchased my first Porsche from BSC in Feb 19, Nick was great at putting me at ease as I was a very nervous buyer, well it is a Porsche. I have waited to write a review to see how the car has been so I can give an honest review. The after service and 12 month warranty was extremely important to me and I can report that I had a small oil leaks appear after a week which was quickly fixed within a few days, I have had no other issues and the Porsche is running wonderfully. A big thank you to Nick and the team.

I recently contacted Nick at Bicester Sports and Classics to discuss details of a Porsche 964 I was interested in. Very knowledgable, took time to share details of the car, and the customer service was excellent. Really went the extra mile during difficult times where physical showroom visits are not possible. Highly recommended team, and worth speaking to if your interested in a classic or sports car.

I purchased a car from Nick initially some 3 or 4 months ago and the team and the experience i have to say was great. Then a few weeks ago i was passing and dropped in to see the team and saw another car i liked. Needless to say Nick did a great deal on that car as well. This included giving me all the money i had paid for the first car to put towards the new one.BSC are always totally focussed on what i need and the pre sales service , the handover and the after sales promise of a 12 month warranty is a real USP.
