Helped me at 5am on a Saturday when my hot water was leaking from a burst pipe underneath my bath. Very responsive and friendly service, helped me figure out how to turn water off and came later that same morning to repair the problem! Very happy, highly recommended - thanks again!

Due to a clumsy delivery driver, we had an external tap that got bent and pinched which caused it to spray water. Within an hour of calling Stuart, he was at our property, had explained what needed to be done and gone to get materials.Stuart did a great job replacing the broken piping and tap to a much higher quality than what it was before. He also took the time to explain why the fix was done that particular way, the materials used and sent an itemised invoice.I can't fault the service or work quality at all so will happily be calling Stuart for any further plumbing/heating work we need doing in future!

Stuart was fantastic! I had a serious water leak underneath the sink. Stuart found the problem straightaway, helped me work out what type of replacement taps I wanted, went and got the parts and everything was fixed quickly. He was also upfront about the charges when I called. Would highly recommend this company!

I called Herts 24 on Sunday 20/11, and was told they would be over Tuesday at 12pm. 12pm Stuart turned up as my radiators were lukewarm and I had tried to bleed them, drain them etc. By 1.30pm all radiators were piping hot, including one that hadn’t been hot for around 8 years.Stuart cleaned up and and left…. His pricing was exceptionally reasonable and well worth the money. 100% I would recommend their work and most definitely will use again.

Stewart fitted new tap in garage and new radiator in bedroom. Gave advice and soon got the work finished. Professional and clean work and also got the air out of our heating system after drain down and now works better. Would recommend him already booked him for our boiler service. If you need a plumber give him a call
