I purchased a Memorial plaque for my partners dog that passed. (The benson one on the web site) the company helped me with my design and was fantastic the whole way through! I was trying to get a memorial plaque as a 'gift' for a friend who had recently lost their beloved dog - they're such a big part of the family aren't they? Laser-pic produced a really lovely granite plaque for me, which was really gratefully received by my friend. The quality of the engraving was fantastic, as was the actual granite memorial too. Really well priced, and the customer service was helpful and thoughtful too. Will definitely use again if I need something similar (although, hopefully not!).
