I got wooden flooring from here,and the guy put them down,hasn't layed them right. Floors are swealling and I contacted martain Phillips on a number of occasions,still haven't send anyone to fix them yet. That's over 6 months ago.I dont recommend the service was poor. I was very disappointed.

Nice carpet but horrible customer service from the staff. Didn't notify us about all the extra charges on the day of fitting the carpet. The carpet is very slippy on the stairs, we were not told bout it before buying. After fitted, we are told to just be careful. When I told them that we have a small child in the house, their response was... Wear slippers and be careful. There's nothing else we can do.Researching online, there is something I can do it's called stair nosings.. But a little costly. Well have to get that now tooVery disappointed

Excellent customer service and professional friendly staff. Martin Philips replaced carpet even though manufacturer refused to accept flattening of pile was excessive. Carpet did not look good after 6 months never mind its 10 year wear warranty.
