My daughter recently bought her first car from here. She got a mini one. From the moment we met James on the forecourt to look at the car to signing the papers we had nothing but great service, communication and the perfect little car. James went above and beyond to make buying her first car a really special moment. We would highly recommend James and the Mini garage in portslade if you are looking. We really cannot thank James enough and everyone else that spoke and welcomed us into mini. Tia loves her car.

Jack was extremely helpful and made sure everything went perfectly well. More work than was initially booked was required and this was all done on the day without a problem and the car was even ready well before expected.Communication was excellent and checkin went well.The loan car was spot on and was perfectly clean and presented.My car was also in a rather dirty state on coming in but shining again and cleaned inside and out on collection - thanks to the team at Chandlers for this as well.Paying for servicing on a vehicle is always a chore but Chandlers certainly do their very best to make it as smooth as possible.

Have to say, disappointed in the MINI experience here. I've got a convertible, and there were odd comments about what is 'usual' for a convertible (of any make). I paid a considerable sum for an 'inspection', which was inconclusive. How an authorised MINI dealer can't pinpoint a problem is beyond me. Particularly as the problem returned 3 days later, and following my communication to them (with photos), I have heard NOTHING back 2 days later.

Service and Mot staff were really helpful and did a great job. Definitely to improve the quality of the service on the phone, the lady I spoke with to book the service wasn't really nice. I heard the same comment from another customer while I was waiting my keys back, so mine must have not been an isolated case

Recently collected my JCW from Alexia at Chandlers. Firstly the car is amazing but more importantly, the dealership is better than first class. From the moment I walked in to the moment I collected the car I was treated with respect and courtesy. The atmosphere in the dealership was second to none as were all the staff from the receptionist to the General Manager and admin looking after my paper work.I can’t rate them highly enough so if you’re looking for a new or used car no matter where you are in the country, go to Chandlers Mini in Brighton.
