For an urgent care centre there is little urgency around. Kids and adults are crammed into a little, non-ventilated room in order to wait for hours to see a doctor. It’s such a disappointment for a hospital this big. Avoid if possible.

Very unfriendly unprofessional staff, my husband came with shortness of breath and the doctor who saw him did not listen to his needs, looks annoyed and on top of that demand my husband to put a face mask even he was saying he had difficulty breathing. This is a joke not a GP service and should be very well looked in to and change as we are paying their salaries from our taxes not like they doing us a favour !!! In general the last years Imperial College inc St Mary’s hospital the most went downhill and is giving worse and worse care to patients!!! If this is not the wake up call for them then what will be!

If I could give 0 starts would do it!Being there with a child 40 degrees temperature from two days with stomach ache, the GP TWO DAYS was “ observing child” and then sent us here! After being given paracetamol we waited 5 hours to be checked temperature again by a nurse. They only were interested in taking them down from the list when someone wanted to go home after waiting so long with no sign of being seen by the Doctor! And yes we didn't see a doctor either!

My 1 year old child had an appointment at 12pm and we was seen just after 3pm In a extremely small waiting room were there’s no air and gets very hot! I dont know how this place is still operating and council really needs to shut it down or do some very strict regulations. In my opinion i would literally suffer with the pain than come here! ITS REALLY THAT BAD!!! AVOID!!!

Waited 7 hours to have my leg examined. The doctor was barely mentally present or engaged.I watched dozens and dozens of patients go back with only one MD to exam them all. I do believe Dr. Hasan is being grossly overworked to a point of not being able to meet the standard of care.Offer no solutions, send me away without asking little as a and instruction for after care.

Long wait at reception. Asian lady GP was very rude to me , giving me lectures about masks even though I was wearing a mask and I usually find them uncomfortable. Took my report and refused to give it back. Gave me mediocre advice and overall felt useless and incompetent. Hopefully will never return again!
