I have just cleaned my drive which is paved with a very light grey blocks,the transformation was remarkable.The cleaner used was Patio Magic itlived up to it's name.Follow the instructions and it works.

I bought QR oven cleaner from this company, paid £40.00 for 2L. Very disappointed about quality of it. In my opinion this product does do nothing and arrived with unsealed botles.I requested return about 2mnths ago. I sent this product back. I emailed them, phoned them, unfortunately didn't get my money back. Highly dissapointed.

Great service..ordered online and it arrived well packaged very quickly. I bought the Bio digest concentrate to get rid of human urine smell that had soaked into a wooden bedframe and it worked almost instantly.Not the cheapest product but worth every penny!

Contacted customer service by email, quick response but needed to know more so telephoned lady was very helpful & knowledgeable about this particular product. Would definitely recommend.Curtains as good as new. Brilliant one very happy customer

Yes, I bought the patio cleaner, claimed to be 21% hydrochloride concentrate. I under diluted it and had very little change in the discolouration of the patio stones. I had the same answer from Karen as the previous review we haven’t had any other complaints so we won’t be doing anything. Don’t buy, over promises with no delivery on results. I suspect the other reviews are fake, made up by themselves. I hope you read this before buying as I didn’t, it’s more than twice the price of other patio cleaners. I see one is for Patio magic which is not the same product. I will attempt the same route as the previous review and seek a refund via the credit card.

DONT USE THEM - Awful company, explained to them that the product did not work and they said because no one else had a problem there was nothing wrong with it. They send you one email back and after that they ignore you when you try and explain the problem. They said the label could have been put on wrong but then refused to do anything about it.I tried calling them and they shouted down the phone at me and then hung up. In the end had to go to credit card company to get a refund.

Order allegedly dispatched on the 15th (tracking number not showing anything) new item allegedly dispatched on the 24th and yet again tracking number shows nothing. Today is the 28th of May. Avoid. Edited: order arrived on 30th of May so took 15 days. Not used or will use product so no comments on that.

Placed an order which was dispatched 8x days ago, no tracking reference & still no delivery. Emailed the company with zero reply.An awful experience as a new customer.
