Well Pharmacy

Waited in a queue behind several people for 10 minutes to be told that although my prescription was with them the item I needed was “made up at another site”. Was asked to return the next day. 2 other people in the queue ahead of me had exactly the same experience. I returned the next day and was told that the prescription was made up but I could not take it away because the pharmacist was not on site. They will be back in 10 to 15 minutes…….. Going to change my nominated pharmacy to a different one.

Attended Well Pharmacy, Eden Street, Carlisle no less than 5 times recently to collect my prescription. Had to attend as phone is never answered. Ordered prescription in pharmacy, a week later heard nothing, told by Pharmacy electronic request had not gone through and they would try and send it again.Twice more attended Pharmacy and had to come away as notice on door saying closed. On one Saturday, despite being told the previous day they were open all day by staff, on arrival a notice appeared on door, closed 9am until 1pm.Staff were working inside.Eventually, after standing in queue outside for 15 minutes (I was tenth in queue) I was served. I have now changed Pharmacy.Something really needs to change at this Pharmacy as the level of service is quite shocking.

Absolutely terrible customer service with majority of staff unhelpful. They never answer the phone so you have to go in and stand in a queue for 40 minutes when they make a mistake with your prescription.

Regularly late with prescriptions filled. Now told that following GP sending prescription over a week ago I was told that they were running at least one week behind which would mean that it would be over 2 weeks before my prescription would be filled. The final straw was the rudeness of staff including the Pharmacist! No need for rudeness to customers. Have changed no,instead pharmacy to Asda!!

First class pharmacy. Very clean and tidy situated inside medical centre. Staff very helpful and friendly covid aware

Staff are helpful and if some medicine isn't already locally available they can order it in. So I always got what I needed

Booked my flu vaccination many weeks ago, arrived at my appointment time today 11:30 October the 10th, I was informed by an assistant that they had run out of vaccines, they have been doing walk in vaccinations and disregarding booked appointments! She then stated that we may have more vaccine this afternoon or tomorrow if you come in, that will not be happening.It has been suggested to me that this is an act of pure greed and avarice.

A bad experience every time, basic things never in stock, never even ready after 12 working days! Lots of signs about not verbally abusing staff but have you seen the way they speak to customers…….
