The mew owner Catherine has added to the lovely selection of makes . Wonderful choice of clothes with very friendly helpful staff who tell the truth and do not flatter to sell their clothes. No need to go to Moda Rosa at Arlesford when we have this gem on our doorstep.. my favourite shop around

The staff here are really lovely nothing too much trouble. Clothes are very good quality I love the styles I could spend lots of money here

I have just visited Bournemouth for the first time and this boutique is a real find.My home town London is full of chain shops but to find a real good quality boutique is a real challenge, when I do find something the prices are crazy.Roberta offers an excellent choice of fashion clothes and accessories and the staff could not be more helpful, once they assessed my size and what I was looking for they even delivered the dresses from their sister boutique which Is about 10 minutes away, the whole experience was very relaxing.I am now planning to come down from London to Bournemouth on a day trip when I need more clothes and this shop is where I shall be spending my hard earned money. What a treat!

Went into this shop on Saturday 17th December, and was so shocked this used to be a really elegant and upmarket store. It now looks like an outlet shop jumble sale! The clothes were all jammed on rails and boxes and hangers all over the floor and the staff were just so disinterested!!!!!

AVOID THIS SHOP!!! It sells cheap fakes whilst pretending they are genuine. I bought a Valentino bag which the owner assured me was genuine, only to find afterwards that it was made in China and clearly fake. I brought it back and he refused to refund it or even admit that it was fake. SCAM MERCHANTS WHO SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN ASAP!!!!

A warm welcome from helpful, knowledgeable and kind staff. I was able to try dresses on safely and in comfort. Fabulous shopping experience- we are so lucky to have this gem in town ❤️

Lovely little shop staff very kind

I have been a customer at Roberta's both in Bournemouth and at the original store in Christchurch for many years. I was delighted when I heard that it was going to come under the wing of 33 boutique.I am so excited to be a part of the team. Looking forward to the reopening on the 12th April.
