I had a fantastic experience at My Dentist with Dr. Heather and her team. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Heather's expertise and gentle approach during my treatment were outstanding. The office was clean and modern, and the entire team provided exceptional care. I highly recommend My Dentist and Dr. Heather for their professionalism, skill, and dedication to patient well-being.

Dentist put me at ease discussed options for my treatment appeared friendly. Reception staff could be more welcoming friendly a lot of people myself included are nervous and apprehensive about attending dental appointments.

Appalling dentist. They leave NHS patients waiting over a year for work and then don't even tell them when they do get a replacement NHS dentist! I found out they did by chance myself when in the practice for another matter. Despite being well over due a check up and the practice knowing I had a tooth crumbling in the back of my mouth that needed extracted! This dentist is now also leaving so today's check up was pointless as they haven't arranged cover until August and are sending patients to the hygienist for fillings!Furthermore they refused to arrange a check up for my teenage son who hasn't had a check up since August 2022 and is undergoing orthodontic work that they themselves referred him for. The practice manager argued he didn't need a check up every 6 months. This goes against medical advice and is infact medical negligence and will be reported as such to the dental council. This is following them refusing to extract teeth for him last spring at the orthodontists request.Edited in response to the practices reply... Yes this is the correct practice and given that you've just replied to my email complaint I believe you're fully aware of which patients this is in reference to. Or do you receive that many complaints

Was a patient. They changed head dentists without any warning (I'm unfortunately a anxious/nervous patient) . The New dentist barely looked at my mouth or barely touched my mouth at all. I had a rotten wisdom tooth(two barely poking through and one twisted), and 2 cavities in the side of my teeth. He did not see one problem... Oh and they stopped sedation. They didn't tell me that until I asked and prices through the roof for basic treatment.

Shocking dentist called up to get an emergency appointment due to extreme toothache and a broken tooth, being unable to sleep at night due to the pain, service is terrible and the staff aren’t very helpful or friendly

I have been with my dentist in Kilmarnock now for 2 years and honestly it’s the best dentist I have had in a long time, nothing is a hassle and Mohammad who happens to be my dentist is absolutely amazing, all the staff are friendly and helpful including Tracy. Highly recommended!!!

I've been with this practice since 2011. I've always had excellent treatment from the dentists and dental hygienists.

I've had nothing but excellent treatment and service since going to Mydentist in Kilmarnock. Everything from the staff at the front desk to the 3 dentists I have seen have been absolutely first class. They have been accommodating at every turn and offer swift check ups and appointments. Both private and NHS treatment has been swift and painless and I now have no qualms or embarrassment about going to the dentist. If you are in the Kilmarnock area and are looking for a dentist, I cannot recommend Mydentist highly enough.
