My son went in to buy ONE doughnut. He is 11 years old. He ordered, they put it in a bag and he gave them the correct change. They refused his money and said they are cashless. Disgusting. He was very upset. We will not be purchasing from you again.

Great place for anytime any day. Opens up early so if you are in a mood for an on the go breakfast or want to sit and enjoy the cozy atmosphere inside, take your pick. My favourite here at krispy kreme is the £ 3.25 deal in which you get a doughnut and a hot drink. I always go for their gourmet hot chocolate. Staff here is also very courteous and friendly.

A welcome treat off Peascod StreetI came to visit Windsor Castle, had some extra time. and decided to walk around the local area. I am glad that I did since I found Peascod Street. This is a lovely street, covered in cobblestones, directly down the hill from the castle. There is only foot traffic on this street which is pleasant as it is fairly wide leaving plenty of room to walk and windowshop. The street is lined with all kinds of shops from food to clothing. The Krispy Kreme is one of the first shops closest to the top of the hill and the beginning of the street. There are some tables outside on the street and a few ( I think 3) booths inside. The shop was clean with a great selection and display of donuts. You order, pay, and collect at the counter. The staff was very friendly. I noticed from one of the other reviewers an important point, they are cashless. They only accept electronic payments so don’t be offended if you can’t use your pounds at this location. I got glazed donuts. They were, as always, consistently delicious. If you want a nice place to get a good donut near Windsor Castle, this is a great place to do that.

The guy at the counter I think his name is Rob. He was amazing. He was friendly, compassionate and gave excellent service. When I had to come in and wait and even leave the donuts box with him he was so nice to me when the woman from Eurochange 2 doors down wouldn't let me in when it was raining. He was really kind. Thankyou

A must visit shop. I tried their brownie with Vanilla ice cream and it was yumm... They have variety of items available.
