Had James out doing a sweep of my fireplace in Rosemary PK Bangor, arrived on time, very polite and well mannered great service and made light work of it, reasonable price overall I'm very satisfied and will use again next year.

I left a message on an answering machine, they got back to me in a reasonable time scale and were accommodating in both date and time and they turned up on the day at the agreed time, brilliant. I found them to be friendly , reliable and professional.

I was an existing happy customer until I moved house. Tried to book a sweep for the new place but was told 'we're not taking on any new burners'. Except I'm not a burner...im a customer.If I still lived there I would've been booking a sweep for my old house, which apparently you could have done. But I've moved. So if you're losing the old job at my last place why not take on an identical job in a different property in the same locality...especially for an existing customer?!?I get your busy but that makes absolutely no sense. Shame

Called the number, left a message giving my details and the work required. No response. Called again a week later and again was presented with an answer machine. Conclusion: They've either gone out of business or can not be bothered to return calls and messages - either way, I am going to find an alternative business which is more professional.

The company arrived on time, one man... I offered him a cup of tea or coffee and then made polite conversation with him, offering to help hold up the cloth... his reply to me was 'I could do without the running commentary', whilst in my house, for a job I was paying for. Very rude and unprofessional. This man actually apologised when leaving for his behaviour. Would not recommend at all and will not be using again.
