Great customer service and quality beds.I bought our previous bed from this company. They were very reasonably priced a few years ago and still are now. We’re now in the process of moving house and therefore we’re gaining an extra room so decided to invest in a king size ottoman storage bed. The order process was simple and any queries I had were answered quickly and efficiently by Varsha in customer services. Would thoroughly recommend Bedsdeals.co.Uk why pay over the odds for a bed when you can get same greasy quality and service at a fraction of the price?!

We had an issue on the bed frames after…We had an issue on the bed frames after a while of using them. It could have been kind of mishandling from our end.We really happy with Miss najma who has attended our call and helped us to resolve the issue by supplying replacement.I will recommend them again for our future demands

Shocking busines... Apparently a delivery was made, bs was it. No cctv footage of attempted delivery and the picture taken of our front door was not ours, I don't know even think its our estate. Customer service hung up on me after 20 minutea waiting for an answer and apparently I have to wIt a week for a redelivery. Absolutely appalling avoid at all costs.

Very poor service.Order came whrong with wheels as base and I paid for Chrome legs.I have paid for a king size bed with fitting on site.When they delivered the bed they didn't assemble the side drawers coming with it and stated to my wife they didn't want to damage the bed.When I pay for fitting on site I expect a finished product.Perhaps the people who deliver and supposedly assemble beds aren't competent enough to do this job.Would not recommend!!!
