A rare pleasant experience of dealing with a car seller. Neil was very efficient throughout, phone calls returned, covid responsible but notobsessive, amenable to some good old fashioned amiable haggling. Although he told me when negotiating there wasn't a second key for the car, he took it on himself to subsequently obtain one and deliver it to me. I doubtless will be back for another haggle in a couple of years!

After purchasing a Kia Soul for a family friend, Neil here gave us a very straightforward deal. He was incredibly genuine and their car prices were very competitively priced!No way was the car in great shape, but it gets the job done!The entry to their place from the main road did feel like a gigantic pothole as it wasn't a dropped kerb, so I hope it gets sorted out in the near future.Depending on the circumstances, we may consider coming back again soon for cars with good value!

Neil is a professional. Couldn't do enough for me. Addressed a couple of minor issues with the car (small scratch and bumper lacquer needed touching up) and resolved them with no fuss and no extra cost. Very happy with my purchase and will be returning when my 18yr old son needs a car. So refreshing to deal with someone who is honest and offers a quality product and service.

Can’t see why there are any bad reviews here. When me and my partner first met Neil we got the feeling we were buying a car from someone honest and genuine. The sale was smooth and the car was fine. Unfortunately after 3 weeks of having the vehicle an unexpected fault occurred, which could of happened at any time Unbeknown to any of us. As it happens the premium warranty cover only offered 50% of this particular fault but Neil at part exchanges direct helped us throughout the whole process and not only did he arrange for the warranty company to provide 60% of the repair bill but he also picked up the remaining 40% when he didn’t have to.The best customer service I think you will find from a used car dealership. I’m thinking of buying a new car next year and I will most definitely be using them again. Can’t rate them enough!

Car was good, but dealer wasn't decent. We agreed that he would replace the radio screen and for months after I purchased the car, he kept saying he can't find the replacement part on Ebay.

Brought a car off Neil really good reliable service real genuine man would do anything to help you out had one or two issues as can be expected with a second hand vehicle only minor wear and tear issues sorted them straight away no questions asked!! I brought a Fiesta from this company a couple of months ago and I couldn’t be more impressed.Looking at the reviews you may be put off but I had a great experience buying from Neil.He put no pressure on me to buy the car, he stayed open late knowing I had to travel to view the car and he even opened on Mother’s Day as it was the most convenient for me to collect. He replaced the floor mats and my request and made sure the car was in the best possible condition.I’ve had no problems with my car since buying it and he gave me a 6 month warranty if I were to have any problems.I would definitely recommed Part Exchange Direct to others.

With 6 months free warranty Niel went beyond and above to make sure my car was fully serviced by the dealer before I bought it as well as replacing 2 tyres for free when I told him they looked low.Other reviews I feel are a little unfair as older cars come with a variety of problems and not always attributed down to the dealer.
