London Bridge Post Office

this is my nearest post office so i have been coming for several years. although the service and wait times can be patchy (it would help a great deal if more than 3 of the 9 windows were actually manned) what is a miracle to me is how the employee with the dreadlocks (his name badge says bright") is allowed to continue working here. on several occasions that i have experienced and apparently a lot more based on other reviews here he has been unhelpful and or rude. today he flat refused to help me send a parcel that needed a label printing and claimed to have no knowledge of the basic features provided by the self service machines at the front of the store before demanding that we vacate his window. after all this time the management should know better."

Aggressive and rude customer service when I was trying to collect a parcel. They tried to make me go away but I insisted and it turned out that all my documentation was in order and after a while I got my parcel. But wondered away on shaky legs.No need for such behaviour over a simple parcel, two male staff really ganged up on me :(

Nice and helpful staffs!Soon after I arrived the post office, staff greeted and asked me what I need. I received help from them quickly and got the custom declaration forms within 5 minutes.

The easiest & fastest experience I've had at a post office - twice! Went in a couple of times a few months apart, quick and helpful staff both times. In and out within 2 minutes. Once with a prepaid QR code, and once to buy a general parcel delivery.

The staff were very helpful at the check out. Normally the London Bridge post office has a long line for the counter and the staff are not as friendly. But the self check out staff are very friendly and quick. Especially the lady in the short hair, she was very polite and helped me get my packages send off quickly.

Honestly the probably the most productive post office I've ever been to. Business is straight to the point and they do their job correctly. When I'm in I always thank them for their services and wish them a good evening. Going to this post office for work is probably my happiest 15 minutes. Mainly because they're always willing to help me with my post even if they're doing something else.

Extremely poor professionalism and rude behaviour by cashier 9 (I believe his name is Bright) - his unhelpfulness and attitude to customers is very unfortunate, given the excellent service from other staff members...I can see that I'm not the only one complaining about his behaviour... Awesome experience in London bridge branch. Excellent service by Priya. She is the branch manager and given her outstanding service.. Branch is tidy and presentable.

I normally visit this branch for business banking. I must thank Paul, Priya, and Mercy for their gracious customer service and kindness. They always go the extra mile. The branch itself is very clean, and all staff are supportive.
