Daylight robbery. £17.25 for 5 hours parking. Very tight spaces. Stairwell smell of urine. Lift doesn’t work. Other than that is amazing!

Do not use the outdoor area of this car park. I parked in the back right corner and went to the theatre. When I got back to the car after a few hours of rain, that corner of the carpark had flooded. There is clearly no drainage. They have bought a spare scrap of land, pained bays in it and stuck an over priced ticket machine in there. It is not fit for purpose. Thankfully the water level just avoided mechanical and electrics in my car, but totally flooded the footwells. So far I have got 6L of water out of the car and the carpet insulation is still wet. NCP are claiming this was a natural disaster" and only offering a refund as a "goodwill gesture". This is after over two weeks of trying to even get them to acknowledge my compensation claim."

This car park is very dangerous. There are constantly homeless people passed out on the stairs, no staff and my car window was smashed in last week in this car park. Needless to say NCP didn’t care at all. I would really think twice before parking here.

Not fit for purpose - even less use if disabled!Arrive at this car park during a quiet period and perhaps you would just think that the spaces are a bit small for modern vehicles and the visibility when going up/down ramps is not great.Arrive for an event event nearby when other customers are trying to leave the car park at the end of a day of shopping and you will experience CARNAGE!There is not enough room for cars to enter and leave each level at the same time. Once a few cars are trying to get in and out at the same time you will spend 20-30 minutes constantly reversing into tiny spaces to try and make room to clear the bottlenecks. When you do eventually make it to a level with spaces available you will discover that the lifts don't work so if you are using a wheelchair you will have to take your life in your hands and travel down the same ramps that cars are still fighting to get up/down in order to leave the car park.If you have any other option when parking in the area, use it!

I always try to leave positive reviews but this time I just can’t. I don’t recommend this car park. Extremely small, very tight spaces between cars so parking is a nightmare. No space to take out a stroller or a small child out of a booster seat as the parking is so tight. Then the stairwell is extremely small and in order to wait for the tiny and slow lift you have to block off the stairwell. I was only parked for 1 hour and it charged me £7. It’s also a far off location from the city centre. I really don’t recommend this car park. Not for anyone. The amount they are charging they ought to expand it.

I’ve parked here before on my own and had no problem, but yesterday I parked with my two children in a double pushchair and I could not get the pushchair out as it was to big for the exit and to big for the lift which was out of order anyway. Lucky enough there was maintenance men who managed to let me out but informed me they would not be able to let me back in. I was with my husband luckily enough so on the way back I waiting outside with my children and if absolute nessasery I could fold the pushchair and carry my children, but what would a person in a wheel chair do it would be physically impossible for them. I think the lay out of this parking needs to be majorly reassessed, unless for some reason me and the men working there missed a disabled exit?

£120 for 4 days parking 6 hours a day. That's £30 a day. Found out later there's a Council car park around the corner at £14 for 12 hours a day.Won't be using this place again

Nice little car park. Really handy for people staying at the Holiday Inn or attending The Birmingham Conference & Events Center.Close to Grand Central/ New St Station.Short walk to Alexander Theatre too.The machine doesn't accept any cash payments. Only card or contactless. If register or existing user, you can pay using Park Pass App.

I would give it no stars at all if it was possible. Absolutely awful car park, the worst I have EVER used. The parking spaces are too narrow and we could not find a way out of the car park along with many other people. The ticket machine outside was horrendous there is a queue of people and nobody could fathom out how to use it I scanned the QR code as requested and is instructed me to ' tap for ticket' which I did. It gave me no options time wise and gave me a 1 hour ticket. In the end I drove back out and parked in The Mailbox car park which was brilliant.
