I never give reviews but this has to be the worst company to ever exist. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before going ahead with the purchase for windows and a french windows. They tell you a date of completion or delivery but this in incorrect. That date comes and goes without any update to the customer. Then when you chase them for update, they tell you they cannot give you a definite date and just have to wait until the manufacturer contacts them (whenever that might be). Even when the orders are due to arrive you have to pay upfront before you can receive them. You cannot check the items. That way you receive whatever you get with your money firmly in their pockets. Our builders say they refuse to deal with them for the same reason. Delivery is always delayed by months. I wish I’d asked him first. The woman at sales is literally the most ignorant person I’ve come across in anything remotely to do with customer service. She admitted she will not update you in case you get annoyed with what she has to say. She needs to learn that customers appreciate feeling valued and they feel that when you indicate you are on top of their orders rather than being ignored. As someone else here said, it is literally the worst customer service in the world. I’d rather pay more than experience this kind of service again! Right now I am insisting on viewing the products before making final payment. If I could give less than a star I would.

I haven't experienced such reliable telephone service in a long time.Excellent product quality and precision in assembly. I recommend it as a very satisfied customer.

Have yet to purchase anything major from this company, but I would recommend to any trade after a good deal on decent doors and sets, among other things...nice showroom, friendly staff and good parking.

Worst experience ever. If you are looking for a bespoke door that is delivered to spec and time with the greatest customer service underpinning the product - go elsewhere!We designed a bespoke timber door and had several sessions to ensure the spec was perfect - however, even after around 5-6 in-person sessions and an onsite survey, the door delivered was incorrect. Specific problems included:- door being delivered about 5-6 weeks after due date (with no update from expert joinery, rather me chasing and calling on a weekly basis)- door not opening the correct way specified (even though specified on the drawings)- incorrect handles and locking mechanism from one we specifiedThe worst bit of this entire experience was that when we went to the store to complain and resolve this issue, the manager avoided us and tried to leave before his staff asked him to answer our questions as they felt embarrassed - they understood it wasn't our fault and they should be providing us with some compensation. The manager/owner then attended and immediately tried to blame us for the incorrect information even though his entire team disagreed with him and we had the evidence in the drawings. He then insulted us by saying he wouldn't get another door created of the same spec unless we paid more and said we could keep the original door and he would refund £300 (which for a door which effectively was not the door we had designed ourselves and defeats the objective of 'bespoke').As we needed a door (and had ordered this back in June 2021), we tried bargaining with him but succumbed to the £300 - however delving into their post sales support, it uncovered some other major issues e.g. if your timber door does not shut due to shrinking or expanding, they will expect you to take a picture and send to them and then they have to 'fill in a form' and send to the manufacturer who is based in Poland to know how to proceed. This raised alarm bells as while they figure themselves out, we would have a door which wouldn't shut, so we settled for a full refund in the end.My advice is to look into a company which offers full guarantees e.g. 10-20 years (as most reputable door companies do), is FENSA approved and a company which has great reviews on Google and Trustpilot etc. Customer service is key and this owner does not understand and will not help the customer post sale or should anything go wrong after a door is fitted. I have never had a worse experience and I wish I had read the Google reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid this company at all costs!I had purchased a single steel door on the 20/01/2023 from Expert Joinery Ltd which was fabricated and manufactured in Poland by company called Ekookna. I was requested to pay the full amount of which I had obliged to pay. I requested to pay by credit card but the member of staff that was taking the payment had said that the card machine company would charge them hence a BACS transfer was more efficient and cost effective for them. I then transferred the payment to their account. Please don't make this mistake!the member of staff explained prior to payment that their lead time a quicker than expected at the time saying its was 3-4 week"

Their door installer didn’t show up on day of installation which they had arranged. No courtesy call to even say I’m not coming to our disappointment. So we had to find our own installer. Only to realize they ordered the wrong size door and frame from the manufacturing company, it’s bigger than expected. They came to take measurements at ours beforehand.You would’ve thought, since they made this mistake, they would get it rectified ASAP, well…NO.Now, they’re telling us to chip away a good chunk of the wall opening we got newly plastered or cut away some part of our new door to make it fit.The manager didn’t even call us to apologize or even make effort to resolve. Left us with a £600 double door that doesn’t fit and a headache. We waited 6 weeks for this order.This is what you get from this Door supplier company. Very unprofessional service. Please be aware!!The Door manufacturers (DRE) on the other hand from Poland where they source their doors, do make very nice doors. It’s worth ordering direct from them if that’s possible, and getting your own installer.

Was ordering internal doors with installation service. Very reliable service at the shop. Providing a lot of information, answering to all questions. Arrived next day to my home to do all required measurements. Doors arrived on time and are outstanding quality. Installation team was working very carefully. No issues at all regarding installation-all done perfect. Only one little observation- communication regarding updates on delivery and installation time could be better. All the rest is perfect. Soon will be looking for external doors from that company. Based on my experience highly recommend that company.

I have had the most bitter experience with this Expert Joinery company. They demanded I pay 50% before they put the order through. And was promised the lead times will be between 4 to 6 weeks. It’s 3 and a half months now and we keep being told stories. And what’s even more shocking is that they don’t seem to care a bit. After all they’ve got the money so they can do what they want.My wife saw a bad review on them and we hesitated but felt maybe this was just an isolated incident. Little did we think we were about to have the worst and most deplorable experience of our lives.I have dealt with so many companies. This is my very first ever review on any company. Expert Joinery Ltd definitely have a very damnable customer care approach, even if they ever care about any customer except of course, the customers’ money.I will have to report them to trading standards.Please avoid this company.

The was the worst customer sales experienced I have ever received from any company full stop.They were so bad, that we even had to order our own window handles because they didn’t send any even after 6x months of requesting them.The photos were the install that their fitters did on our property, they literally left it like this with foam seeping out all over the outside, no gaps filled. I told them immediately that this was wrong, and would damage our cladding, I even rang the boss and told him and sent pictures he said it would be fine. 4 weeks later when I finally got them back to fix it, they found out the cladding had been damaged and this was irreversible at this point.The entire order for 3x windows took near a year to complete.They constantly delivered incomplete and broken, defective systems that had never been checked to our house, and then just left them there for months.I had to chase them multiple times a week for some times month long stretches, to get any kind of action from them.They were always late, never turned up on the days they said they would, delayed our build project, increased our costs for scaffolding and building works. Asked our builders to do work for them and told them they would pay them and never did.Literally delivered windows with smashed/ broken glass on them twice in a row, having never checked the windows from the factory!I cannot really describe how awful this experience was. I have given myself a couple of months to calm down so that I could write a fair review of these guys, but the more I think about it the more things I remember about just how bad they were.Save your time and your money and go literally anywhere else.This service was verging on negligent.

I ordered interior doors from these guys with installation. Everything was done on time and the installation was quick and efficiently. Doors are very cool quality
