Avoid this nightmare as I took my broken Samsung screen in for replacement and after I collected my phone and paid 69 pounds for the repair i noticed the speaker was broken I took it back and was promised by them they would replace the speaker for free but after 3 weeks of numerous calls by myself to persue the promised speaker repair I gave up and took it to another dealer who advised the new screen was a cheap copy and also advised that the speaker was likely broken during installation of the new copy screen, the other dealer then repaired my speaker for free I took this issue up with this supplier and they said that is their standard Samsung replacement screen and so my advice is if you don't want to pay premium price for cheap copy parts and have your phone further damaged and then be disregarded and be blamed for it avoid them at all costs and I would give zero stars if I could

Very helpful service. Walked in to get a new screen protector and the proprietor fitted it for free. I also enquired on the price of a battery replacement, which seemed very reasonable. A great addition to the town that I’ll definitely use again

This was one of the best pieces of customer service I have experienced in years. I went in with a job that quickly spiralled and took so much more time than I had thought as the problem was much more complex. He stayed to the original quote and was very polite… For this level and quality of service I would definitely recommend and use the service again.
