I absolutely recommend this nail saloon as the members of the staffs are so dedicated, kind and talented. Love the nails what Alex has done for me today. Thank you soo much Alex. You guys have pour more happiness to this Christmas of mine.

I got my acrylic nails done.. Super clean place and quite efficient members of staff. One thing that put me completely off was when I first asked before the service began, whether they accepted card payments as I only had my debit card with me. The soft spoken guy said that the only payment mode they accept is cash, which I appreciated as different businesses do have their own set of rules. Since I am new in Stafford, I of course asked the guy to show me a nearby ATM, but he said it’s ok he would do it at the end of the service, so I relaxed. To cut the story short, my nails were done, not to my expectations but that did not bother me much compared to how I was treated by your members of staff.I felt absolutely intimidated when the lady whispered to the guy in their language of course that I should leave one of my phones behind as collateral before stepping out in the rain without an umbrella to look for an ATM, which took me a long to locate one. I called the salon severally to come and help me but they kept directing me on phone. Finally, I became very upset as one of the guys came to my rescue, showed me an ATM and asked me to go back and make the payment at the nail place. My question is, what was difficult in him bringing the phone with him as I make the payment while at the ATM as I was totally soaking and shivering. I felt this behavior was absolutely uncalled for, and that no one should ever be treated with little regard like they did to me! I will never recommend this business to anyone!!

Lovely staff. So gentle and I have the best nails I have ever had. I really do recommend. We’re £45 but well worth ur money

Beautiful salon, lovely staff & super happy with my nails. They are exactly what I asked for and desired which is what I haven’t experienced in a nail salon in a very long time. I wouldn’t want to go elsewhere now!

Friend wanted to do her nails and wanted to make sure it'll be as reference picture she had, it's new shop so we were going bit in blind but it was worth it.Very clean, lovely service and she was extatic about how it came out.She asked for few customisations from ref picture and lady who's amazing artist did all she could.It was done very fast too, really fun to just look how lady was applying everything on.Gentleman working there was professional too and had nice chat while being done.

My first time at Queen Nails and they are absolutely brilliant, the design is exactly what I asked for and they are brilliantly done! Thank you so much again

Efficient and lovely staff! My nails look lovely, thank you.Just want to add on this that I've pulled it down to 3 stars due to my nails not lasting longer than 3 weeks. The builder gel is quite chunky on some nails and the finish is catching so it ends up pulling off.

i absolutely love it there, not only is the place welcoming and clean but the nails are gorgeous and the skill the nail techs have is amazing
