Rang these guys after locking my keys in my car in Margate on a bank holiday Sunday at about 1:30pm. They picked up straight away and I was offered a same day service for £265. I was assured the operative would be with me within 2-3 hours and I would receive a text immediately. Card was charged straight away but no contact from the company. Rang them after two hours to ask when they would be arriving and was fobbed off saying they were still lining up an operative. Rang again and was told Peter the operative would be with me soon. Eventually 7.5 hours later at 21:30 a co completely different technician arrived and picked my car's lock within about 7 mins. Essentially this company puts local locksmiths onto jobs and has no way of knowing when they will get to you. You will be fobbed off until they work it out.i would seek an independent it will be quicker and cheaper. Reviews on trust a trade say it all. No recent reviews many look fake a couple echo my experiences but speak of week long delays. Avoid this company unless you are really desperate.

For anyone looking to use these guys to help with the keys, make sure to ask if they need a special code from the car dealership!I booked one in for 2pm, and waited in the cold until 6pm. Kept stalling me all day, and when they did get back to me, said it can't be done until next day.Had to go all the way home with my family, and come back the next day. If I was told earlier about the code, could've been dealt with then and there.They accepted fault, but didn't even compensate the full amount I was promised on the day.

Great service and great price came within a few days and sorted out 2 keys even jumped start my car which is not part of the cost
