Summer Yoga Abersoch
Love my weekly yoga sessions with Susie. Enjoy the stretching, yoga routines and learning along the way too. All finished by a relaxing meditation which results in bath, bed and best nights sleep ever!! Can’t recommend these sessions enough!!

I am new to yoga and have gained confidence with Susie. She is a great teacher and the relaxation at the end of each session is the best!I hope to visit Abersoch again soon to join her sessions; definitely worth a trip.

I really love Susie’s yoga class, i’ve been practising yoga for some years now and Ive found this class the best I’ve been to, I love the different sequences we do and always feel really relaxed and happy after each class.

Fabulous yoga course from this new teacher.Who knew it could be fun too?! Sparkling, warm but gently demanding new practitioner that helped me make real progress over just a few weeks.Yorkshire’s loss is Abersoch’s gain.Come back soon Susie.
